Well, I think I may have figured out part of the whole 'what the hell is my romantic/sexual orientation' issue:

For some reason, in the human English language, most terms relating to that have to do with attraction relative to someone's gender. And I really don't care about my gender. I'm fairly happy with my current female body (yes, the whole bleeding issue and being 5'3" is really annoying, but I don't think I've ever felt anything remotely resembling dysphoria (or whatever the proper spelling of it is)), but I don't think I'd be uncomfortable in a male body either. I just... really don't care at all. Looking back on it, I don't think I ever cared. I just tend to say I'm a girl just because I'm not uncomfortable with saying that and it'd just be way easier than trying to explain how little the issue of my gender actually means to me. I just wish there was actually separate terms for being into males or females that was totally independent of your own gender identity; it'd be way easier on a lot of people then...
